Ordering & Measurements

Can I try on bridal minis before I buy?

Yes! While Amorette Bridal is primarily available online, you can try on select minis in person at our sister bridal shop, Love Era in Temecula, California. We recommend booking an appointment in advance. We do not offer at-home try-ons.

How do I measure myself at home?

Measuring is simple and ensures the best fit. You’ll need a soft measuring tape:

  • Bust: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it level.
  • Waist: Measure the smallest part of your natural waist (just above your belly button).
  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Pro Tip: Keep the tape snug but not tight, and measure over lightweight clothing or undergarments. Always round up to the nearest half inch

Can I customize the length of my mini?

Yes! You may request additional length for an added fee. We recommend adding length in increments of 4 centimeters. Please choose the custom option that best fits your measurements at checkout or reach out to our team if you have questions - hello@amorettebridal.com before placing your order.

Can I change the color of the lining?

We offer complimentary lining swaps in either nude or ivory. Choose the Ivory or Nude option at check out. if you are unsure of what color the lining is on a model, please reach out to us hello@amorettebridal.com

Are Amorette Minis Lined?

Yes, all minis are lined for comfort and quality, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Some minis are stylistically semi-sheer in the bodice. You are welcome to request full lining once your order is placed for an additional $50 fee. Please emailhello@amorettebridal.comwith your order # and requests.

Do you charge extra for plus sizes?

Never. Amorette Bridal is proudly size-inclusive, and there are no additional charges for plus sizes. We currently produce sizes US 4-30 - see our SIZE CHART here for specific measurements.

What if I'm in between sizes or unsure of what size to order?

Our team is always happy to advise on sizing prior to purchase. Please email us hello@amorettebridal.com with your sizing questions.

Can I order with rush production?

At this time, we do not offer rush orders. All minis are carefully produced on a 3-month timeline to maintain the highest quality.

Shipping & Returns

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Currently, all Amorette Bridal minis are made-to-order to ensure the perfect fit and fresh quality. Standard turnaround time is 3 months from the date of purchase of pre-orders. You’ll receive email updates every step of the way. Please ensure to place your order in a timely manner in preparation for your event.

How much does the shipping cost?

Delivery is free in United States

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the USA with flat-rate shipping. We hope to add International shipping in the near future.

Can I return my order?

All bridal gowns and minis that are made-to-order or made-to-measure are final sale— no refunds, returns, or exchanges can be offered once your order is placed. Your deposit secures fabric, production time, and pattern work, and therefore is non-refundable. Once your measurements are confirmed, your gown immediately enters production and cannot be canceled. Please double-check your measurements prior to submitting, as alterations after delivery are the purchasers' responsibility.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We thoroughly quality-check each piece before shipping. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order at hello@amorettebridal.com with photos so we can resolve the matter quickly.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and ShopPay. Full payment is due at the time of ordering. Once an order has been placed and confirmed for production, there are no refunds, exchanges, cancellations or otherwise.

Do you have payment plans?

Shop Pay is an amazing service that allows you to make payments on your order - be sure to apply for and select "Shop Pay" at checkout.

Are there customs or duties on my order?

Not at all! No need to worry about additional fees other than what is shown at checkout for customizations!

After Care

How should I care for my bridal mini?

We recommend professional dry cleaning only. Store your dress in a garment bag away from sunlight to preserve its color and fabric.
